Incites Process

 Genesis of Incites Ventures

It was at National in 1993 that Hurtig and Knight joined forces to refine and develop the Incites Tool (then called the Strategic Assessment Process, or SAP) and go on to install the process throughout National Semiconductor. Since then the Incites Tool has been continually improved and refined through application at National and other companies. Incites Ventures is a natural outgrowth of applying the Incites Tool and A Second Opinion (Tm)to technology based companies and managing the execution of the resulting strategy.
